-Install IDM

-Extract file patch > copy dan paste ke folder tempat anda install IDM. Contoh : C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Download Manager (untuk windows 64bit)

-Klik kanan file patch > run as administrator

-Siap, kini IDM anda sudah full version.
